A beautifully handblown mid-century art glass bowl from the Bohemian region (former Czechoslovakia), produced in the 1950s–1960s in the Murano style.
The piece has an elegant ruffled, leaf-like form with a pulled lip and a softly flared rim. The clear glass is infused with a lively mix of gold flecks and silvery-white spatter inclusions, creating a richly textured, almost celestial appearance.
The bowl sits on a small circular foot with a raised, roughly finished pontil mark, confirming its handmade origin.
Measurements: 23 cm × 13 cm × 8 cm | Weight: 415 g
While unmarked, the form, inclusions, and finish are characteristic of Bohemian studio glass inspired by Murano techniques of the same era.
Condition: Very good vintage condition with only light shelf wear to the base.
A captivating example of mid-century European glass design, equally appealing to collectors and interior enthusiasts.
