A striking tall vintage pressed glass pedestal vase in a delicate amethyst lavender hue, weighing an impressive 760 grams. Standing 28 cm tall with a 12 cm rim, this elegant piece features a deeply moulded diamond and fan pattern, divided into vertical panels and finished with a softly scalloped rim.

The design captures light beautifully, producing a prismatic sparkle reminiscent of Bagley, Sowerby, or Davidson glass from the 1930s to 1950s. The pedestal base is ribbed and star-cut underneath, adding further brilliance.

A fine example of mid-century British pressed glass, it makes a statement as a display vase, compote, or decorative centrepiece. The subtle violet tone works perfectly in both period and modern interiors.
